My experience/ treatment from my account officer is exceptionally great, for me, I like closure and clarity when it comes to investment and packages, this is one the that my account officer is great at. The method of operation is great that I had to open a joint account with my wife. My account officer is good in the act persuasion If I will want to rate the bank first I will give it at 85% and my account officer at 90% because she is the one making me to stay
