Eligible applicants are Gen-Z individuals aged 18–30, including young professionals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and creatives who can show a stable or emerging income stream.
You can access between ₦5 million and ₦15 million, depending on the property type and your income profile.
The tenor ranges from 5 to 20 years, determined by your age, income stability, and repayment capacity giving younger borrowers longer flexibility.
A minimum equity contribution of 10% of the property cost is required before loan disbursement.
The loan features a fixed interest rate of 28% per annum for the first 2 years, after which it becomes adjustable based on market conditions. A 1% management fee and other standard bank charges also apply.
Security includes a legal mortgage over the property’s registered title. Additional requirements may include a third-party or parental guarantee, undated cheques, and a Remita/NIBSS debit mandate.
Borrowers can own property early while paying over time, enjoy discounted interest rates, and benefit from flexible repayment options like step-up/step-down structures or moratoriums. The process is also fully digital, with mobile-based applications, e-signatures, and advisory services for long-term wealth building.
