ES-TIW (Empowering Society Through Investment in Women) is AGMB’s flagship women-focused empowerment initiative, launched in October 2024 to address systemic barriers limiting Nigerian women’s economic participation.
ES-TIW is designed for Nigerian women entrepreneurs, professionals, and aspiring business owners seeking access to finance, digital skills, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term economic independence.
The program focuses on financial and digital literacy, business management training, mentorship, access to formal credit, property ownership opportunities, and healthcare and wellness support.
ES-TIW has already empowered over 7,000 women and is scaling nationally with a target of 500,000 women, contributing directly to poverty reduction, gender equality, and economic growth.
