Chinyere is an excellent driver of innovation, marketing strategy, and operational delivery. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She started her career at Union Homes, where she won the Best Performing Staff of the Year award in 2002 and 2003. She is a graduate of Business Studies and obtained her MBA in 2010, majoring in Marketing, from Ladoke Akintola University.

Chinyere is a member of the Chartered Institute of Economics (ICEN), Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Chinyere possesses strong leadership skills. Her professionalism, competence, integrity, and commitment to the objectives of the bank saw her rise swiftly from Regional Executive West to Group Head of Strategy and Planning. She is now the Coordinator of the AG Support Group of AG Mortgage Bank PLC.

In her role, she handles strategies for new business, management of risk asset portfolios, treasury functions, and relationships with multinationals and public institutions.
