Agbor Ojen Jr. is an enterprise IT leader and digital transformation professional with over a decade of experience driving technology-enabled business outcomes in financial services, oil and gas, aviation, education, and the public sector.

Currently, as Group Head of Information Technology at AG Mortgage Bank PLC, he leads digital transformation, oversees core IT operations and electronic business (e-Business), and advances the adoption of secure, resilient, and scalable enterprise platforms aligned with regulatory and industry standards. Agbor’s career is distinguished by a strong ability to align business strategy with technology execution.

His work also spans information security management, IT governance, and process optimisation, with experience in ISO 27001, COBIT 2019, CMMI Development 2.0, IT Service Management System (ISO 20000), and business continuity frameworks.

Agbor holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from the University of Calabar. His professional certifications include Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Software Testing Engineer (CSTE), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Information Security Associate, Cloud Security Manager, and Business Continuity Management Systems Associate.
