Simon Ogwu is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a student of Robert Kennedy College, Zurich (University of Cumbria Campus, United Kingdom). Simon started his career with the then SunTrust Savings and Loans Limited, which is now SunTrust Bank Plc, where he rose to the position of Head, Mortgage Banking Group, before joining Resort Savings and Loans Plc as a Business Development Manager. He also worked with Imperial Homes as Group Head, North Region.

Simon’s significant experience in the mortgage industry, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of risk management and strong financial acumen have made him a juggernaut in the mortgage industry.

He has over 15 years of cognitive experience in the real estate and mortgage sectors. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Capital Development (FCHCD) and a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom. Simon enjoys reading, music, and mentoring.
