Mr. Biose is an HND graduate of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Enugu and presently a undertaking a post graduate Diploma from the National Open University (NOUN) in Human resource management.

He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of SallyBest Properties Limited. With years of experience in the banking sector and over a decade experience in one of Nigeria’s leading mortgaging firms (Abbey Building Society)

Mr. Biose rose through the rank and files to become the head of one of the major branches in the Federal Capital before resigning to go into property development and mortgage consulting. He is a seasoned administrator, and manager per-excellence.

Mr. Biose was appointed a Director of AG Mortgage Bank Plc in 2015.
