Mr. Ocholi obtained a B.Sc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University in 1976. He has attended various training courses and seminars locally and overseas. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Dealing Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Mr. Ocholi brings rich experience in investment banking and stakeholder relations to the board.

Mr. Emmanuel Attah was a Board Member of the Bank of Industry, a Member of the Investment & Securities Tribunal, and a Council Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is the Managing Director & Chief Executive of Lighthouse Asset Management Limited.
