Chieduzie Ogbuehi is a senior legal and corporate services executive with over 17 years of experience supporting executive management within the financial services, real estate, construction, and professional advisory sectors.

He is the Group Head of Corporate Services at AG Mortgage Bank Plc, where he leads the Legal, Human Capital Development, Administration, Communications, Branding, and ESG functions. In this role, he provides legal and strategic support to management, oversees enterprise legal risk, and ensures regulatory alignment across lending operations and development projects.

Chieduzie has deep expertise in complex transaction structuring, real estate, facilities management and construction, labour and employment matters, dispute resolution, regulatory advisory, and stakeholder engagement. His work is commercially focused, with emphasis on risk control, execution discipline, and operational continuity. He has previously held senior roles at James Cubitt and Strategic Partner Companies, and Canaan Partners (Solicitors). In addition, he began his in-house counsel journey at Haggai Mortgage Bank Limited, interfacing with the Board, shareholders, regulators, and management.

He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (B.L.), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ACIS), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria (CITN), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators of Nigeria (FICA), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Arbitrators (MCArb). He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Lagos.
