A Mortgage-Focused Deposit is a structured savings plan designed to help individuals build funds for homeownership. It allows you to save securely for mortgage equity, down payments, or home construction in a disciplined, goal-oriented way.
You can choose from two options:
- Save a minimum of N500,000 consistently for 3 years to build 30% equity with 15% interest on deposit.
- Save a minimum of N300,000 consistently for 5 years to build 30% equity with 13% interest on deposit.
Withdrawals made after 12 months will attract a 25% deduction on accrued interest.
