Emmanuel Onuoha is a graduate of Geography and Planning from Abia State University, Uturu. Emmanuel Onuoha provides hands-on insights into real estate project investment and strategic decisions. Emmanuel is a strategist and a member of the Real Estate Development Association (REDAN).

Emmanuel Onuoha started his career with Uwicent Construction, Port Harcourt, and is presently the Managing Director of Zeecrest Vantage Limited. He has implemented and executed projects successfully, some of which are the completion of Opengate 1 for the Department of Petroleum Resources.

He also initiated Opengate 2 and 4 for the Department of Petroleum Resources, and Opengate 3 for sundry customers, chiefly the American Embassy. He is currently overseeing the initiation and work in progress of Opengate 4 and 5 for the Staff Cooperative of CBN and PPRA.
