Justice Ntong is the Chairman of the Court of Akwa Ibom State Judiciary. She holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 1991, attended the Nigeria Law School in 1992, and obtained an LL.M from the Institute of Marine and Commercial Law, LASU, in 2007.

Justice Ntong is an experienced banker with over 20 years in the legal and banking sector. Justice Ntong provides advisory on both banking, business and legal matters.

Justice Ntong is a member of many professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Nigeria. She is well trained in the effectiveness of corporate brands and advanced strategy.
